The examination and tests are selected according to your symptoms and findings. Not every patient needs every test.
ENT examination unit
Used for ear, nose and throat examination and necessary local treatment.
Hearing assessment
Helps assess hearing levels and the nature of hearing difficulty.
Balance assessment
May help assess posture and balance when investigating dizziness.
Nebuliser
Used for inhaled treatment when appropriate for the condition.
Cleaning and sterilisation
Instruments are cleaned and sterilised using equipment appropriate to their purpose.
When specialist care is needed
If more specialised investigation, admission or surgery is needed, we guide you to an appropriate medical facility.

Reception opens 15 minutes before each session. Walk-ins are welcome for general consultations. Vaccinations may require an appointment.
Please call before visiting if you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, a recent positive infection test, a household member with an infection, or would like infection testing. The waiting-time service is in Japanese.
