Parking
Four parking spaces are available at the clinic. Ask reception about alternatives if they are full.
Entrance and bicycle parking
Bicycle parking and a ramp are provided by the entrance. Contact us if you need assistance.
Waiting room
The waiting room has a calm white and brown interior with seating.
Toilet and diaper changing
A Western-style toilet and a diaper-changing space are available.
Children’s area
Picture books and a children’s area are available.
Small waiting room
A separate waiting space is available between examinations and tests.
Examination room
We ask about your concerns before carrying out the necessary examination.

Please call if you have questions about entering the clinic, moving around inside or visiting with a baby. We can discuss your needs before you come.

Reception opens 15 minutes before each session. Walk-ins are welcome for general consultations. Vaccinations may require an appointment.
Please call before visiting if you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, a recent positive infection test, a household member with an infection, or would like infection testing. The waiting-time service is in Japanese.
