In response to the revision of medical fees in June 2024, our hospital is taking the following measures to establish a system for promoting medical DX (digital transformation).
1) We accept online billing.
2) We have a system in place to verify eligibility online.
3) (Medical) We have a system in place that allows physicians to view or utilize medical information obtained using electronic eligibility verification in the examination room, operating room, or treatment room where they provide medical care.
4) (Medical and Dental) We are awaiting a response from the electronic medical record manufacturer regarding the system for issuing electronic prescriptions. (The transitional measures will be in effect until March 31, 2025.)
5) Regarding the system for utilizing the electronic medical record information sharing service, we are awaiting the service's response. (The transitional measures will be in effect until September 30, 2025.)
6) We have a certain level of experience in using My Number cards as health insurance cards.
7) Matters concerning the system for promoting medical DX and the acquisition and utilization of sufficient information to provide high-quality medical care will be displayed in a conspicuous place at the medical institution concerned and on its website.
