If you do not have Japanese public health insurance, contact reception about documents and payment before your visit.
What happens at the clinic
- 1. Reception
- Tell us this is your first visit and complete the questionnaire.
- 2. Consultation
- Describe your symptoms, their course, medicines and allergies.
- 3. Tests and treatment
- We consider what is needed based on the examination and explain the plan.
- 4. Payment and follow-up
- Pay in cash and ask about any instructions you are unsure about.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment?
General consultations do not require an appointment. Walk in during opening hours. Some services, including FluMist vaccination, require a booking.
What should I bring?
Bring your My Number health insurance card or eligibility confirmation document, any applicable medical subsidy certificate, your medication record and your clinic card if you have one.
Can I pay by card?
Payment is by cash only. Please ask reception about costs and insurance eligibility.
Can I visit with a fever?
Please call before visiting if you have a temperature of 37.5°C or higher, a recent positive infection test, an infected household member or want infection testing.
Can you provide language support?
Please contact the clinic before visiting to discuss the support you need. Bring a written list of symptoms, medicines and allergies if possible.

Reception opens 15 minutes before each session. Walk-ins are welcome for general consultations. Vaccinations may require an appointment.
Please call before visiting if you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, a recent positive infection test, a household member with an infection, or would like infection testing. The waiting-time service is in Japanese.
