Please present your My Number Health Insurance card at the reception desk. We will also ask you to fill out a medical questionnaire.
A staff member will call you by number.

③ Waiting for the doctor to see a doctor

④ Medical examination
The doctor's consultation will begin.
Staff will be nearby to provide support.
